Rental terms. I am a responsible adult (21+) for this rental. I agree to the quoted rate before paying, to leave the facility as I found it including setup and cleanup within my rental window, to obtain MentorSports approval before bringing food, vendors, or decorations, and I understand large events may require a damage deposit and a certificate of insurance.Liability & waivers. I understand every participant in my rental must have a signed MentorSports waiver on file before playing, and I accept responsibility for my group's conduct under the MentorSports Code of Conduct.
